Damper Valve

The baffle valve adopts a dual combination valve disc structure as the core moving component, and achieves precise control through manual clutch or single acting pneumatic device. The actuator is equipped with a fail safe mode, which can be customized according to system requirements

Please set it to the fault closed (FC) or fault open (FO) state, which can ensure that it returns to the preset state in case of abnormal working conditions such as power failure or gas interruption.

The core sealing mechanism is reflected in the precise fit between the valve disc and the sealing ring. When the valve body performs a closing action, each baffle disc contacts the sealing ring composed of two misaligned semi-circular structures to form a flat seal

Sealed. The composite structure of high-temperature resistant elastic soft packing and metal packing cover is used on both sides of the shaft end to ensure the durability and reliability of the shaft seal.

A blowing device can be installed to increase the sealing performance and adaptability of the baffle valve to working conditions.
